- Returned items must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition, with all tags still attached. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear or damage.
- Please ensure that the item is packed securely to avoid damage during the return shipping process.
- Shipping Costs:
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
- Exception:
- Returns and exchanges are not available for products purchased on sale. All sale items are considered final and non-refundable.
